ACES Director Gordon Wallace spoke with ABC Illawarra’s Kelly Fuller to talk about researchers at the University of Wollongong (UOW) coming together to 3D print face shields to protect health workers against Covid-19.

 

 

The team making it possible includes researchers from ACES, the Translational Research Initiative for Cellular Engineering and Printing (TRICEP) and UOW Makerspace, providing the shields as a protective solution during the global Coronavirus pandemic.
