Who said scientists can’t party?

With our lively bunch at ACES, including surfers, musicians, cyclists, rock climbers, swimmers and dancers to name just a few, we thought we’d run a fun photo comp with the theme: Celebrating Science!

Entrants were asked to share a photo that best captured the excitement of science. Fun and lightheartedness was the name of the game! Here was the winning entry (above), from Cathal O’Connell and Tom Barsby at St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne.  As you can see, they were particularly excited about the fact it was Friday 🙂
