Dr Stephen Beirne talks to ABC Illawarra about the iFix Pen

In a recent radio interview with ABC Illawarra’s Nick Rheinberger, Dr Stephen Beirne talked about the iFix Pen and how the team behind it have been awarded $1.15 million in funding to help revolutionise corneal health.

The iFix Pen was developed by ACES researchers at the University of Wollongong and is a handheld 3D-printing device that delivers a specialised bioink formulation to the eye defect with high accuracy.
