Students strengthen partnership

ACES Partner Investigator Professor Seon Jeong Kim and two students from Hanyang University visited UOW/ACES in July.

The students were partnered with ACES investigators during their three-week stay, with Hyunsoo Kim working on developing high strength composite fibres from graphene dispersions and building on earlier work using graphene/carbon nanotube composites with Dr Rouhollah Ali.

Sachan Ko worked on tough hydrogels for soft robotics with Dr Sina Naficy.

The visit also provided an opportunity to advance a number of on-going research projects and joint research publications.
